FAQ
Do I need previous experience?
No, you don’t need any previous experience. Reiki Level 1 is open to everyone who feels called to connect with energy healing and begin their personal journey. You’ll be gently guided through each step, no matter your background.
What do I need to join the training?
You only need an open heart, curiosity, and the willingness to explore your inner world. A quiet space to practice, a notebook for reflections, and a stable internet connection for the Zoom classes will help you make the most of your experience.
You’ll receive all study materials digitally, including your Reiki Level 1 manual. During our weekly Zoom meetings, it’s helpful to have your manual, a journal, a candle or crystal if you like, and a cup of tea — to create your sacred learning space.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. After completing all modules and completing the Reiki practices, you’ll receive a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner Certificate, recognizing that you are attuned and ready to practice Reiki.
What ’s the difference between Level 1 and Level 2?
Reiki Level 1 focuses on self-healing, energy awareness, and foundational techniques. It’s the beginning of your journey — learning to channel Reiki for yourself and loved ones.
Reiki Level 2 deepens your practice, introducing symbols, distant healing, and professional application, preparing you to offer Reiki sessions to others as a certified practitioner.
