Flow is part of our life and it is important to accept and move forward with what happens to us in an unexpected way.
Even so, having a little organization in our day to day allows us to:
Be aware of our habits
Have an overview of how we want to use our time
Learn to prioritize
Live more calmly
Be more productive
Have more mental order
September, back to routine.
Some of you may have already been working for a few weeks, others may have just returned from the holidays, the new school year is about to start and it is a month where we all feel that it is time to get back to the routine or even better, to start a new routine.
It's time for introspection, to take a few minutes to ask ourselves if we want to continue with the previous routine or if perhaps we would like to create a new routine: change some habits, have a little more organization, dedicate more time to ourselves, start some new activity to improve our well-being...
I would like you to observe this month as an opportunity to start a new routine, to take the first steps towards more health, more calm, more gratitude, more joy and more well-being.
